The correct method of cooking Chinese medicine

Traditional Chinese medicine is an important "weapon" for Chinese medicine to prevent and treat diseases. People often use Chinese herbal medicine to treat diseases, and relieve the pain and use it. The decoction is also known as "Chinese medicine", which is one of the most commonly used dosage forms of traditional Chinese medicine.

 

The correct way to decoct:

 

1. Appliance selection: the best casserole, you can also choose enamel pot, stainless steel pot

 

Avoid using: iron pot, aluminum pot

 

2. Decoction water volume: Put the pieces into the pot, add clean water to more than 3-5cm of the drug surface, and the second decoction can exceed 1-2cm of the surface of the dregs.

 

3. Soaking before frying: Generally, pour the pieces into the decocting device, add cold water over the 3-5cm of the medicinal surface, and soak for 30-40 minutes.

 

4. Frying heat: Generally, use a fire (fire) to boil, then use a slow fire (small fire) to slowly fry.

 

V. Decoction time: Decoction time refers to Wuhuo (fire) to boiling, simmer (small fire) continue to cook. Generally, the medicine is fried for 20-25 minutes, and the second is fried for 15-20 minutes.

3) Pack frying: after cooking with gauze, decoct with other medicines

 

4) Another frying: separate boiling and juice and other medicines.

 

5) Suihua: Put the medicine into boiling water or the fried liquid separately and heat it to melt.

 

6) Crushing: It is not advisable to enter the frying pan, directly with the medicine juice or boiled water.
