On the morning of July 19th, 2016, the Haidian District Health and Family Planning Committee of Quality Appraisal and Evaluation Team of 3 people conducted supervision and inspection on the quality work of our hospital. Since the hospital launched a comprehensive quality care service in December 2014, the Ministry of Nursing has formulated work plans and implementation plans and implemented various measures in accordance with the plan. The experts mainly reviewed the relevant information of the nursing department in five aspects: organizational leadership, clinical nursing management, clinical nursing services, support safeguard measures and nursing safety. At the same time, the functional logistics department gave relevant guidance on quality nursing service support and protection work, management of adverse event management, personnel training, and care for critically ill patients. Nursing experts conducted examinations on obstetrics and gynecology wards, acupuncture clinics, stomatology, outpatient offices, and emergency departments, and conducted on-site inspections, assessments, and patient interviews on nurses' work environment, technical operations, and patient safety management. The special nursing of Chinese medicine and the various departments of the hospital highly praised the support for human and material resources in the work of quality nursing services. At the same time, it put forward objective and pertinent suggestions and guidance for the problems in this inspection.
