2. Please truthfully inform the epidemiological history of registration.
After registering through WeChat public number, fill in the screening questionnaire truthfully and show the health code to the pre-examination and triage personnel in the diagnosis area before seeing a doctor. For patients without health codes, please fill in the epidemiological questionnaire truthfully on site.
Take the initiative to report the travel or residence history, contact history and related symptoms in the last 14 days.(especially fever, dry cough, fatigue, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, decreased taste and smell, diarrhea, myalgia, conjunctivitis). Medium and high-risk areas are subject to the latest information released by relevant national departments.
3. Self-protection
