Our hospital is the continuing nursing education base in Haidian District. More than 78.9% of the nursing staff are members of the Beijing Branch of the Chinese Nursing Association, and 100% of the nursing staff participate in continuing education and meet the standards. The hospital attaches great importance to the continuing education of the staff of the department and the cultivation of talents. Every year, the nursing staff are arranged to go out for training and training. The lectures and training courses are held in the hospital to continuously improve the comprehensive quality and professional level of the nursing staff. From 2002 to 2005, it has been Haidian District Health Bureau named "Advanced Base for Continuing Nursing Education"
