Nursing knowledge labor competition chronicle

On the occasion of the 5.12 International Nurses Day this year, the Quality Nursing Specialist Group and the Nursing Department and the Trade Union jointly organized a “Practitioner-Centered Quality Service” Nursing Knowledge Labor Competition. The competition is intended to improve the basic theory, basic knowledge and mastery of laws and regulations of our hospital's nursing staff, sum up the knowledge points that are common and easy to forget in the work, and form the competition test questions. The players on the stage will drive the audience together. Come to know the new. Firmly master these theoretical knowledge and better carry out quality care services in the clinic.
Yin Shuji, President Xu, President Wu, Chairman Chen and relevant leaders of various functional departments also visited the competition and gave guidance. Hosted by the office manager Yang Lei and the nursing department Zhang Shuang, the event organization is strict and formal, fair and just. Strictly read the rules of the schedule before the game. The two groups succeeded in perfect counterattack on the premise of the first round. In the next game, in order to increase the participation of the competition, the host stepped down and gave the audience a question. Everyone actively and enthusiastically answered, showing a strong learning atmosphere. After fierce competition, the first place was named Guo Zhiting of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department, the second heart of the Department of Cardiology, Shang Hongmin, and the third bone surgery, Pang Xujiao, who was tied for the third name of the pediatric Ren Linan.
At the end of the competition, the leaders of the hospital gave high praise to this event. The sponsor and organizer of this knowledge contest is the quality nursing specialist team of our hospital. The group was established in July last year. The members are composed of the backbones selected by the various quality nursing wards of our hospital. The head of the cardiology department heads the team to supervise the quality nursing work of the whole hospital.
