In order to further strengthen the standardized management of nursing interns, enable interns to adapt to hospital and clinical nursing work as soon as possible, and improve the quality of nursing services. From May 23 to 27, the nursing department combined acupuncture and moxibustion, respiratory and gastroenterology, emergency department, orthopedic surgery, The Department of Medical Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery conducted pre-job training for 40 nursing interns from Zhangzhou Medical College, Heilongjiang Nursing College, Changchun Oriental Vocational College and Changping Health School.
Pre-job training is a compulsory course for nursing interns to conduct internships and enter clinical positions. Clinical internship is an important stage of nursing education. It is not only the theoretical knowledge of consolidating and strengthening the study in the school, but also the learning process of applying the theory. Through the planned and targeted training of the nursing students, they can help them adapt to the new environment as soon as possible. The role of students from internship care workers. The training content of the nursing department involves hospital culture, work system, legal and regulatory knowledge, nursing safety, and hospital-related knowledge. Clinical department training covers nurse etiquette, communication skills, basic care and first aid operations.
