In 1998, our hospital implemented patient-centered holistic nursing, providing nursing services and nursing education including physical, psychological, social and cultural aspects. After years of practice, a set of nursing procedures with the characteristics of integrated Chinese and Western medicine has been formed, and the computerized overall care system has been improved in combination with clinical practice to realize the computerization of the overall nursing records. Strengthen the comprehensive quality training of nursing staff, continuously implement the job title according to professional title, strengthen the implementation of the connotation of the overall nursing work, from the "all for the patient" as the starting point, meet the various needs of patients, improve the level of care; strengthen the communication between nurses and patients, provide humanized services We launched "family-friendly services", issued "doctoral contact cards" and "festival condolences letters", etc., and received praise from patients and their families. A family of patients specially created the "Song of Angels" for our hospital. In recent years, in order to meet the needs of patients to the greatest extent, we have successively carried out "humanized nursing" and "satisfaction full service satisfaction". Each department has developed a "satisfying service process for nursing whole course", requiring various nursing units, including outpatient, emergency, and ward. From the patient visit, admission, hospitalization to discharge, there are service processes, and various nursing services are carried out according to the process; and through the organization of nursing staff to conduct standardized training of overall nursing services, doctor-patient interpersonal communication lectures, etc., to improve the awareness of active care of nursing staff; The patient's opinion was sought, the inspection measures were formulated, and the nursing service was continuously improved. The patient satisfaction rate continued to increase by 99.8%. Many nurses in our hospital were awarded the honorary titles of “Top Ten Nurses”, “Beautiful Cup Excellent Workers” and “Five and Four Medals” by the Haidian District Health Bureau. The Surgical Nursing Group won the “Youth Civilization” awarded by the Beijing Committee of the Communist Youth League. The Cardiovascular Nursing Group won the “Youth Civilization” awarded by Haidian District, and the Acupuncture and Moxibustion Comprehensive Nursing Group won the “Wooden Civilization Demonstration Post” awarded by Haidian District.
