On April 16th, in the first conference room of our hospital, the Haidian District Talents Deduction Project, the kick-off meeting for the training of Chinese medicine nursing talents, was held. Nearly 100 people attended the leadership of all levels of the hospital, as well as leaders, head nurses and nurse representatives from community hospitals.
 
At the meeting, Vice President Yin Zhanxia read the Haidian District Public Committee's “Notice on Determining the 2013 Haidian Health Talents Depreciation Project” and asked us to effectively implement the various tasks in the notice. Dean Wang Guanbao of our hospital made important instructions for this work: Our hospital should further consolidate and promote the results of traditional Chinese medicine nursing work and improve the level of Chinese medicine nursing. Li Jie, director of the Nursing Department, read the implementation plan and training plan for the “2013 Haidian Health Talents Deduction Project – Chinese Medicine Nursing Talents Training Project”.
 
This project declares the talent deduction project of Haidian District for the nursing department of our hospital and is approved. The Chinese medicine nursing experts in the outer hospital, the Chinese medicine medical experts in our hospital and the backbone of Chinese medicine nursing will be invited to give lectures in the form of a combination of theory and practice, for a total of 75 hours. The aim is to promote our hospital and promote the further improvement of the traditional Chinese medicine nursing service capacity in the southern part of Haidian, and meet the higher requirements of the “National Key Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital” medical development on the ability of nursing staff to provide traditional Chinese medicine nursing services, so that the masses can enjoy the grassroots.
