Beijing Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine is a public three-level integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention and rehabilitation. In 1989, it was included in the first batch of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine hospitals in the country. In 2011, it started the post-doctoral mobile workstation work. In 2016, it was rated as a key integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine hospital of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The hospital is the clinical practice education base of California Traditional Medical College, Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and other colleges and universities, and the international exchange window of the national integration of Chinese and Western medicine.
 
The hospital has 1 national key Junior College, 1 national third-level laboratory, 2 Beijing key Junior College, 1 Beijing key discipline, and 1 Beijing traditional Chinese medicine discipline team base. The hospital has 6 national and municipal famous TCM studios, including 3 famous TCM doctors in Beijing, 19 national and provincial famous TCM academic successors, 1 "double hundred" project instructor, 3 doctoral supervisors, 9 master supervisors, 3 "national excellent talents" and 16 "125 talents.
 
The hospital undertakes the training of master's and doctoral students in kidney disease, encephalopathy, spleen and stomach disease, integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine surgery, acupuncture, stomatology, etc., and undertakes a number of national, provincial and ministerial projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation and the Ministry of Science and Technology. (I) academic leaders
1. More than 5 years of relevant professional experience in a third-class Chinese medicine hospital or a third-class general hospital, with working experience in a university affiliated hospital is preferred.
2. Under the age of 45, with doctoral degree and senior professional title.
3. Good academic background and strong scientific research ability.
4. Those who have presided over provincial and ministerial projects; Those who have the qualification of postgraduate tutor; Those who have published SCI papers; Standing Committee members of provincial societies and above academic part-time workers; Those who study abroad and visit for more than half a year; One of the above experiences is preferred.
 
(II) discipline backbone
1. Under the age of 40, with master's degree or above, intermediate or above title.
2. At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a third-class Chinese medicine hospital or a third-class general hospital, with working experience in a university affiliated hospital is preferred.
3. Good academic background and good scientific research ability.
4. Major participants in provincial and ministerial projects; Those who have published SCI papers; Those who have studied abroad and visited for more than half a year; One of the above experiences is preferred.
 
4. treatment
1. According to the relevant national personnel system, the transferred personnel shall be given the establishment of public hospitals and institutions; the contract personnel shall implement the salary and welfare benefits in accordance with the "Beijing Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital Contract Personnel Management Measures"; the independent job selection of military personnel shall be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations.
2. Non-Beijing personnel who meet the examination and approval conditions for entering Beijing (Beijing People's Society Special Technology Fa [2011] No. 61) shall be granted a Beijing registered permanent residence and included in the establishment of public institutions.
3.
