1. Education and Major: College degree or above in nursing
2. Practice requirements: obtain valid nurse qualification certificate (or qualified nurse qualification examination results) and nurse practice certificate; During the period of service, the examination grade is above
3. Age requirement: under 30 years old (born after January 1, 1991)
4. Work experience: fresh graduates or social personnel. Social personnel should have more than two years (inclusive) working experience in operating room/delivery room/dialysis room/intensive medicine department/ward, and can undertake clinical work in all shifts; those who have obtained Junior College nurse qualification certificate or have further study experience in relevant departments, graduated from traditional Chinese medicine college or graduated from traditional Chinese medicine nursing major are preferred.
5. Other requirements: high ideological awareness, good comprehensive quality, strong professional ability, good team spirit and good health
6. Household registration requirements: Beijing household registration is required for business establishment; Contract household registration is not limited
