The Department of Surgery of Beijing Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine features integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment, regular a combination of surgery and minimally invasive techniques.
Surgical technical force is strong, specially appointed national well-known surgical experts 2. The expert medical team led by Professor Zang Meifu of Peking Union Medical College Hospital provides medical technical support and guidance for the young doctors in Corey to carry out urological surgery. Professor Zhang Baoshan is the founder of gallbladder-preserving stone surgery in China. Professor Li Yueting, chief physician, medical doctor and minimally invasive gallbladder-preserving technician, Yu Baoshan, is the engineering discipline leader for the construction of "1151" high-level health technical personnel team in Haidian District, master tutor of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. In the backbone of the department, there are 4 attending physicians, 3 residents, 2 nurses, 2 nurses, 12 nurses, 2 medical masters, and 2 on-the-job graduate students.

Laser and ablation minimally invasive treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia, minimally invasive surgery for female stress urinary incontinence, "sacral seal" treatment of prostatitis, chronic pelvic syndrome, male characteristic surgery, treatment of urinary tract tumors and complex urethral stricture, treatment of urinary tract stones, treatment of adrenal diseases; anal fistula surgery, hemorrhoids surgery, hemorrhoids PPH surgery, etc.
Surgery is the training base for clinical master's degree in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine surgery of Beijing University of traditional Chinese medicine. Director Li Yueting's research on gallstones has been funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and one by the Capital Medical Development Fund. Li Yueting has conducted in-depth research on the causes of gallstones and the prevention and treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Surgery has formed its own characteristics in the treatment of cholecystitis and cholecystolithiasis. According to the condition of patients with gallstones, surgery can provide comprehensive services such as minimally invasive removal of gallbladder, laparoscopic cholecystectomy, and conservative treatment of gallstones with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
The department of surgery is equipped with laparoscopic surgical equipment of Olympus company, ultrasonic scalpel system of Olympus company, and advanced minimally invasive surgical examination equipment such as choledochoscope, cystoscope and colonoscope.
