Encephalopathy

 
The Department of Encephalopathy of Beijing Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine is a key Junior College of the Beijing Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It mainly uses integrated Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment measures to treat acute and chronic cerebrovascular diseases, headache, vertigo, dysphagia, dementia, Parkinson's disease, etc. The new model of "five-in-one" hemiplegia rehabilitation treatment (including traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, acupotomy, external treatment, and rehabilitation training) is effective in treating stroke hemiplegia.
 
There are 42 general medical staff in the department of encephalopathy, including 15 doctors, 20 nursing staff, 6 rehabilitation therapists and 1 technician. There are 3 chief physicians, 3 deputy chief physicians, 1 deputy chief nurse, 2 postdoctors, 1 doctor and 10 masters. There are 40 beds in the ward, equipped with rescue room, rehabilitation area, neuroelectrophysiological examination room, needle knife treatment room, etc., equipped with rescue, neuroelectrophysiological examination and a series of rehabilitation treatment equipment.
